  34. MoreIBar provides a secondary, vertical icon bar which is resizable and
  35. has a scroll bar. It is useful for accessing the filer icons easily
  36. without having to wait for the icon bar to scroll. Mouse clicks work,
  37. menus are opened at a sensible height, file drags from the Filer work
  38. (but not from applications) and interactive help works.
